If you are not familiar with RootsTech here is their description of the event:

"RootsTech is a global family history event where people of all ages learn to discover and share their family stories and connections through technology. At RootsTech, there is something for you, regardless of your experience in family history or your skill in technology."

This event is held each year in Salt Lake City and they have conferences and speakers during the three days of the event that cover many areas of genealogy researching, concentrating on using technology in research. After the event they put the videos of the conferences on their website. At the present time they have eighteen free videos on the site. They are all excellent learning videos - so be sure and look through them and see if you find one that interests you.
